Most ToolPile utility tools are free and do not require payment. This page applies to ToolPile-level paid services where no more specific product policy is shown.

Free tools

No purchase is required for the listed pure frontend utility tools, so no refund is applicable.

Paid services

For paid subscriptions or credits, checkout should show the price, renewal period, and included features before payment. Product-specific refund pages, such as Life Pattern or Idle Game Generator pages, override this general page where they are more specific.

Refund requests

Contact support with your account email, order ID if available, purchase date, and reason. Refunds, if approved, are usually returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Non-refundable cases

We may decline refunds for abusive use, already-consumed digital services, or requests outside the stated product window, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
