Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This page is operational compliance documentation for ToolPile. It is not legal advice.

1. Service

ToolPile provides browser-based utilities and related ToolPile subproducts. Some tools are pure frontend utilities; others, including account, AI, payment, or temporary transfer features, may use backend APIs and service-specific behavior.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use ToolPile to break the law, attack systems, infringe rights, upload malicious content, overload infrastructure, bypass access controls, or harm other people. Security-related tools are provided for legitimate development and debugging.

3. Your inputs

You are responsible for the data you enter or upload. Pure frontend tools are designed to process locally, but you should not paste highly sensitive secrets into any website unless necessary and authorized.

4. Temporary File Transfer

Temporary File Transfer is a short-lived file handoff utility, not anonymous file hosting. Uploaded files are private by link, not publicly listed, and are scheduled to expire after 1 hour. Files may be removed or disabled earlier if abuse is detected or reported.

You may not upload or share illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, malware, phishing, child-safety, non-consensual intimate, extremist, scam, or otherwise unsafe material. ToolPile may restrict uploads, block file hashes, disable downloads, retain limited abuse metadata, and cooperate with appropriate legal processes when required.

5. Accounts

Some services may support Google Sign-In and saved history/templates. Keep your account secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual property

The ToolPile site design, code, text, and branding are protected by applicable laws. Outputs generated by local utility tools generally belong to you, subject to any third-party rights in your input.

7. Payments

Most ToolPile utility tools are free. Paid subproducts, if any, show pricing before checkout and may have their own product-specific terms and refund details.

8. Disclaimers

Tools are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or suitability for a particular purpose.

9. Governing law

Governing law and venue are to be confirmed based on the operator’s legal entity and jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your location may still apply.
